Vice Mayor of Oeiras since 2017 and Chairman of the Board of SIMAS Oeiras and Amadora. He holds a degree in International Relations and a master’s degree in African Studies. In his current roles, he leads key areas for the municipality’s development, including financial management, public procurement, municipal works, digital transition, smart cities, municipal police, and international relations. He also chairs the Intermunicipal Network for Development Cooperation, is a member of the Marquês de Pombal Foundation, and has authored publications in the fields of diplomacy and security.
