CEO of Taguspark since 2018 — Portugal’s largest science and technology park, located in Oeiras, home to more than 250 companies and increasingly repositioned as a specialist ecosystem for data and artificial intelligence. A professor at ISCTE Business School, he completed his doctorate at the University of Strathclyde in Scotland, where he was Portugal’s first Erasmus student. Before taking the helm at Taguspark, he served as its non-executive director for six years. He is the author of Falta Fazer Bem Feito — Poderíamos estar onde não estamos, a collection of essays on merit, knowledge and collective ambition for Portugal.
