Chief People Officer at Start Campus, the Portuguese company developing one of Europe’s largest data centres in Sines — an infrastructure that positions Portugal as a strategic node in the European digital economy. With over two decades of experience in people management and talent development, she has worked across companies including Nike, WPP and Sonae Sierra before joining Start Campus. In her current role, she leads the strategy for attracting, developing and retaining talent in areas critical to the new AI economy, including data centres, energy systems and digital infrastructure. She believes that infrastructure alone is not enough — it is people and skills that will ultimately define Portugal’s role in the global AI economy.
