She contributes to the firm’s positioning with NATO and to shaping the European security and defence architecture. With a career spanning nearly two decades across international legal practice, senior government advisory roles and parliamentary mandates — in both the Portuguese Parliament and the European Parliament — she represents a new generation of strategic leadership at the intersection of law, security and technology. She holds a doctorate from the Instituto Universitario General Gutiérrez Mellado in Madrid, specialising in peace, security and defence.
