Since joining the company in 2014, he has held several roles in Operations, working with clients across multiple industries and geographies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2021, he stepped into the role of Director of Continuous Improvement, initially overseeing operations in Portugal and later expanding to manage teams in Italy, Spain, Greece, Egypt, Bulgaria, Hungary, and Romania \u2014 leading complex operations with a strong focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bruno holds an MSc in Civil Engineering from NOVA School of Science and Technology and postgraduate degrees in Data Science &amp; Business Analytics and Business Administration and Management from ISEG.
